This is a position that came available due to one of our long time employees retiring. This is from an internal posting. I'm not sure if it's been made public yet. If you want to be considered, send your resume to me and I'll put in a good word for you.

Guess who was in the plant today interviewing for this position? Non other than "Jonny Red" himself. Sadly, I didn't get to talk to him.

Hell yeah! I want it. Also, you HAVE to put in a good word for him. You know as well as I do that he knows his stuff.

John works in the cube next to me now. My thoughts: Mad Scientist

A quick conversation yielded the following topics: PIC processors, Borland C++(@ $800), Baldor servo drives, servo controlled plasma tables, converting 220V house power to three phase, USB communications vs fiber optics

Ask him, exactly, how the sun revolves around the earth.

Also, tell him Zach says high.
