He seems to ask a real question here.

This guy is smarter than at least 90 percent of the rest of America. He's not just telling everyone to "exercise their right to vote". He talked about going out and educating yourself about the candidates and what they believe.

And the whole bit about "why should they be penalized for being successful?"
