What does "HT 98" mean?

Good to have you around. How may chapters do you have in your providence? I can't seem to get our PA to do anything here in Southern Indiana. I would love to have a PA workshop, but it just does not seem like it is going to happen. It makes it hard for a CD. Any advice?
