Anybody heard of this? What are your thoughts?

It only allows tax deductible donations for fixing up meeting and dining areas. What about living areas?

Plus, they aren't so much trying to pass it as much as just making it a rider on another bill, don't know if I like that too much.

I might have missed something, but when I look up the resolution by code, the only thing I find is a bill shot down in 07. Does anybody know where you can see the current legislation, or are we just discussing the hypotheticals?
