I am an inventory control specialist for a large retailer, and I found out yesterday that there is a good chance I will be moving to Nashville. Any advice that any of you can give on good family neighborhoods and such would be appreciated. I can also be e-mailed at brentaepling@yahoo.com. Thanks!

I have moved about every 2 years for about a decade now....

Q1: How much crap do you have.

Q2: Is that crap really worth anything?

A1: Nothing that my company won't pay to move.

A2: Some of it has tangible value. All of it is worth something to me, or else I wouldn't have it.

All I need to know is where the good neighborhoods in Nashville are, since I might be moving there.

Well, it looks like it's down to whether or not the company will pay to relocate us. I think we're looking at the southern part of the Nashville area based upon where my job will be (in Franklin). We're obviously priced out of Brentwood, Franklin, and Belle Meade, so does anyone else know anything about other neighborhoods in that area?

HQ is in Brentwood. Call down there and talk to just about anybody. They will all be more than willing to discuss the area. 800-FEB-1897

Outstanding suggestion.
BTW, Nashville is a great place to live. Opryland, Music City (not just country), pro football, beautiful country, parks, city stuff, Vanderbilt, decent airport, Sigma Pi headquarters, etc.
