We are need of an experienced technical GIS design lead with industry GIS design experience utilizing newer GIS industry technologies (insurance industry GIS experience preferred). This person should have experience designing GIS web infrastructures that integrate GIS data with existing data warehouse and business intelligence (BI) tools and systems. In addition, any wireless technology GIS experience or routing, imagery or pictometry experience would be helpful.
This person will serve on design projects developing new architectures for GIS data and web infrastructures that integrate with BI tools and data warehouse structures. This person will also serve on design efforts for newer technologies such as wireless GIS, routing or pictometry.
Qualifications:
• Computer Science or technology degree with server, web and data focus.
• Geography (GIS) industry experience required
• Business Intelligence experience required.
• Data warehouse experience preferred.
• ESRI experience/GIS web design experience required
• Routing, wireless and imagery GIS experience preferred.
• Experience leading design and leading teams required.
• Experience working with business partners, leadership and making recommendations required.
• Strong results, communications, relationship building and teamwork skills required.
