Melting/Remelting Supervisor
Special Metals Corporation is the World’s leading nickel alloy company.
There is an immediate opening for a Supervisor in the Melting/Remelting department at the Huntington, WV facility of Special Metals. This position requires managerial/supervisory experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidate must have proven ability to multi-task and manage shift personnel; must be able to adapt to changing priorities while minimizing impact on attaining departmental goals and objectives concerning safety, quality, productivity and cost. Other skills required include self motivating, team and individual capabilities; people oriented, and ability to make sound business decisions.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in manufacturing
- Prefer four year college degree in a technical field.
- Prefer experience in lean manufacturing and statistical process control.
Special Metals offers an excellent salary and benefits package.
