Mechanical and Electrical Plant Engineers

We are seeking to strengthen our team and are looking to recruit Mechanical and
Electrical Engineers for our Huntington, WV facility. These plant Engineering
positions are to enhance the operation and efficiencies of our manufacturing
departments by providing technical expertise directly on the shop floor and by
implementing safe and cost effective utilization of equipment, facilities, utilities, and
materials. Develop engineering solutions to repetitive equipment failures. Ability to
use reliability centered maintenance to modify PM/PdM program and justify
equipment upgrades. These positions will report to the Production Manager of the
manufacturing area to which assigned with a dotted line reporting relationship to the
Director of Engineering.


Position Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• One to five years of plant engineering, maintenance engineering or project
management experience
• Applicants must be knowledgeable in designing, specifying, modifying, installing and
troubleshooting metals-working plant-type equipment or similar heavy industry
manufacturing equipment.
• Familiarization with OHSA regulations, the National Electrical Code (if an Electrical
applicant), and other applicable design codes and regulations is required.
• Computer skills in AutoCAD, Word, Excel, etc. are a plus.
• Candidate should also possess good communication, interpersonal and time
management skills.

Preferred:
• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification
• Reliability centered maintenance and TPM (total productive maintenance)
• Lean Manufacturing experience
