Required Experience The candidate must be able to provide support in development of updated requirements for operation and test separation. This is in support of Fort Greely, Alaska Future Power Plant Design and FGA Missile Field Design. This activity will include Facilities Requirements Document (FRD) physical requirements and analysis inputs for modified spaces and will include updated verification closures for facilities and product modifications. The sub-contractor will also provide updates to Prime Item Development Specifications (PIDS), Verification Summary Sheets (VSS) and installation and Checkout Review (ICOR) documents supporting system designs involving simultaneous test and operations. Additionally, the candidate will provide support for Component Development Security (CDS) System Security Engineering (SSE) for managing, tracking, and assisting in the development of Future Power Plant designs. Physical Security Analysis activities will include updates to security inputs for Facilities Requirements Documents (FRD), updating Physical Security (PHYSEC) requirements in the GMD Capabilities Document (GCD), participation in Facility Design Reviews (30, 60, 90 and 100%) in assessing proposed and implemented designs against requirements. There are currently four (4) FRD Design Reviews for this period of performance. The candidate must also perform the following activities supporting TEMPEST analysis: updating security requirements in the GCD, assessing facility TEMPEST approval. There are two (2) TEMPEST Design Analysis Reports (DARs) scheduled for this period of performance. These positions will also be required to update the Facility Requirements Documents (FRD) to address all mission-critical electrical loads; review government Verification Summary Sheets (VSS) documents, develop and deliver comments and recommendations, and coordinate implementation with government counterparts.
